Written in English; the English text governs. 1. What වැඩHUB is — and is not We are an introduction service, not a contractor. වැඩHUB lists providers and passes on project enquiries. We do not carry out tiling or building work, we are not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider, and we do not supervise, guarantee or insure that work. Any contract for work, materials, price or timeline is strictly between you and the provider. Payment is arranged directly between you — we never handle your money and we take no commission. 2. Using the site You agree that you will not: Post false, misleading or fraudulent projects, quotes, listings or reviews. Impersonate another person or business, or claim a listing that is not yours. Harvest contact details from the site for marketing, resale or any bulk use. Post anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or infringing someone's copyright. Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its database. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, without notice. 3. Posting a project Posting is free and requires no account. The name and WhatsApp number you give are shown to registered providers so they can quote — do not post details you would rather keep private. You are under no obligation to accept any quote. Describe the work honestly. Providers price from what you write. 4. Providers and listings Listings are reviewed by us before they are published, but review is a basic check — it is not an endorsement, a qualification check or a guarantee of workmanship. Badges such as “verified” mean we have confirmed the contact details and that the business exists. They say nothing about the quality of any particular job. You may submit one quote per project . You can edit it at any time before it is accepted. You must have the right to use every photograph you upload, and you must not upload photos of work you did not do. Keep your listing accurate. Quote prices you are willing to honour. 5. Ratings and reviews Review only work you genuinely had done. Reviews must be your own honest experience. Do not write, buy, trade or incentivise reviews of your own business or a competitor's. We may hide or remove reviews that appear fake, defamatory, off-topic or abusive. Removing a review does not mean we have judged the underlying dispute. Reviews are the opinion of the person who wrote them, not of වැඩHUB. 6. Content you post You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute that content on වැඩHUB and in promotion of the site. You can withdraw this by deleting the content or asking us to. 7. Advertising and sponsored placement The site may show advertising served by third parties, including Google. Some listings and brand pages may be sponsored or featured commercially; where that is the case it is labelled on the page. Advertising is never a factor in how reviews are displayed or moderated. 8. Availability We offer the site as it is. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing or price shown is current. 9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, වැඩHUB is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cost or dispute arising out of work arranged through the site, the conduct of any user or provider, or your reliance on any listing, review, rating or cost estimate published here. Cost estimates, including those from the calculator, are indicative guidance based on typical market rates. They are not quotations and must not be relied on for budgeting a real project. 10. Resolving problems If a job goes wrong, raise it with the provider first. If you cannot resolve it, email tilershub@gmail.com with the project details — we can remove listings and pass on what we know, but we cannot arbitrate contracts or recover money on your behalf. 11. Changes We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. 12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction. 13.
